Women Preserving Tradition and Creating Opportunity in Leskovik

Majlinda Mehmeti, chairwoman of the “Duarartat e Leskovikut” association, shares how a group of rural women came together to produce and sell traditional local products through a shared incubator in Leskovik. With training, equipment, and collective work, women shifted from working alone at home to meeting market standards, improving quality, and creating new opportunities in an area with limited employment.
