Aligning Budgets with Climate and Gender Goals

The Ministry of Finance, with the support of UN Women Albania and GIZ Albania, brought together key stakeholders to discuss the importance of incorporating measurable climate and gender indicators into the budget planning process. In the meeting, an enhanced guideline for preparing the Medium-Term Budgetary Plan, which includes both climate change and gender equality, was unveiled.
