Protocol on the operation of shelters during the COVID-19 pandemic
This dedicated protocol guides the operation of public and nonpublic residential centers providing shelter services to victims of domestic violence and human trafficking in Albania during the COVID-19 pandemic. It provides clear guidance on accepting new women survivors into shelters during the pandemic, managing new cases and the obligatory hygienic standards to be applied by state, NGO-based and emergency shelters during the pandemic.
