Analysis of the Albanian legislation on protection from violence against women in elections

The purpose of this study is to draft an analytical report, which can contribute to improving and raising the effectiveness of the Albanian legislation in addressing violence against women in elections(VAWE), as well as strengthening protection provided during the implementation of such legislation. This report is based on the standards set by the UN and its organizations, for the protection that nationallegislation should provide on violence against women in elections and politics.
