Preventing violence through self-defense training

More than 100 women and girls participated in a self-defense training during the summer of 2020 in Albania. They learned to prevent and respond to situations of abuse, violence, bullying and crime, during a free online course UN Women developed in collaboration with Aikido and with the support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation (Sida).
