The women have been supported to strengthen their entrepreneurial competencies and business skills through the Women’s Small Business Program, a combined capacity-building approach that included training, mentoring, and individual and group coaching.

As part of UN Women Albania's "My body is my own" art initiative, 20 passionate young photographers and illustrators came together from September to December 2021.
First, they participated in workshops to raise their awareness and understanding about bodily autonomy, gender equality, gender-based violence and discrimination.
